The Kitchen
The Heart of the Home: 20th-century charm meets modern comfort
Crossing the threshold of our kitchen means rediscovering the soul of early 20th-century residences.
We have preserved the original layout divided into two rooms: the fully equipped kitchen and the intimate breakfast room, the perfect space to enjoy a slow morning.
Here, tradition coexists with the most modern technology. You will have at your disposal a 6-burner stove with oven, a spacious refrigerator, and the convenience of a washing machine and dishwasher.
Your every wish will be fulfilled: from the aroma of the coffee machine (for beans or capsules) and the ritual of the Moka pot (in various sizes), to the excellence of the Berkel slicer, the toaster, and the hand blender.
You will find everything you need to feel at home: pots and pans, professional cutlery, refined sets of plates and cups, as well as coordinated tablecloths and linens. A basic supply of oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, and a selection of teas and herbal infusions is also provided.
Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by a basket filled with typical products from Val Tidone, carefully selected to offer you the authentic experience of an Italian breakfast with the genuine flavors of our region.
The Dining Room
The Soul of the Residence: where time becomes convivial
If every house has a soul, it resides in the dining room, the true centerpiece of the residence.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by the solemn charm of a grand walnut table, a piece that seems to guard the secrets of those who, before you, sat here to celebrate life and good company.
On either side, two sideboards hold porcelain services for your most elegant dinners like precious treasures, along with glassware ready to make the wine sparkle and refined tea and coffee sets.
But this room is also your sanctuary for rest: you can sink into the softness of the cozy sofa or an enveloping armchair, enjoying the digital TV in an atmosphere of total peace. In this space, every detail, from the warmth of the wood to the clinking of crystals, is an invitation to slow down and enjoy the beauty of every moment.
The Piano Lounge
A Sanctuary of Silence: the setting for a rediscovered dimension
Overlooking the main street of the village, with a view that stretches toward the horizon thanks to the panoramic balcony, the Piano Lounge is an island of tranquility, intentionally protected and isolated from the rest of the house.
Here, the outside world fades away to make room for an atmosphere of yesteryear.
It is an environment that invites slowness and meditation. You can settle among the velvets of our antique sofa or let yourself be embraced by the armchairs, creating the perfect setting for tasting fine liqueurs and spirits. In this room, we have chosen not to install a TV: an explicit invitation to rediscover the pleasure of quiet reading, authentic conversation among friends, or simply silence, accompanied only by the notes of the radio system that envelops the space like an embrace.
In this lounge, every detail is an ode to the purest conviviality and the luxury of a moment all to oneself.
Grandpa's Lounge

A quiet corner enclosed by warm, textured walls and period furnishings. This relaxation lounge, located in a transitional area, welcomes guests with a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for a restorative break.
